1. It is recommend you use Internet Explorer or Microsoft Edge, but other internet browsers should work. Other browsers will download the remote connection. IE & Edge will open them automatically for you.

2. Go to the website https://remote.clarkssummitu.edu/rdweb.

3. Sign in with your CSU email and password.

4. Click on Employee (or another connection if needed).

   1. For IE and Edge it should open the session

   2. For all others it will download the file to your downloads folder. Open the file from this location to proceed.

5. When prompted for credentials, use your CSU email and password.

6. You will now be connected to your remote desktop. You may need to configure certain programs, such as Outlook, before you can use them.
