This feature provides a centralized authentication and password management for our Vonage phone system. Using SSO you can use your Microsoft CSU Credential for logging into the Vonage Phone system. Was enabled this will replace the username and password option Vonage provides.

Open the Desktop, Mobile, or Web apps and press the log in option
On the window that opens press the "Log in with Single Sign-On" button. See the Red Green Arrow in the image.
Enter your CSU email address and press Next
You should be at the CSU Microsoft Login page (https://login.microsoftonline.com/).
Please note the image used and the URL to protect against Phishing attacks.

Enter your CSU email credential
Select the Work or School Account option
Enter your CSU email passcode
Approve the MFA request
The Vonage App or website app should open or prompt you to open an app
You are now logged into your Vonage Phone system via your CSU Microsoft Credential
