Woolsey Rent

Married students and employees may live in Woolsey apartments on campus. To apply, students/faculty/staff must contact the Woolsey Rent Apartments manager.

  • Rent is $600/month and includes utilities.
  • Rent payments are due by the first of the month.
  • A 5 day grace period is extended for payments.
  • A $25 late fee is charged for late payments. An additional $5 is charged each day after the 6th of the month.
  • The Administrative Assistant to VP for Finance will contact you to ask if all payments have been made. If not, they will contact the person.
  • Enter all payments into misc. income receipts in campus vue and log the payments on the Woolsey Rent Excel spreadsheet on the shared drive to keep track of who has paid.
