Confirmation_Enrollment Deposits

The confirmation/enrollment deposit is a $250 deposit for first time on-campus students only. Usually the payment is given to Admissions from the student and then passed to Accounts Receivable. There are times when the student/parent will send the payment directly to AR or call to make the payment over the phone.

  1. Follow the steps for Student Payments in Campus Vue, except for the description you'll choose "Confirmation Deposit."
  2. Be sure to enter only $250 in the amount field.
  3. If the student made the payment directly to you and you did not receive a slip from Admissions, make sure to fill out a slip and send it via intercampus mail to Admissions so they can record the payment.
