Configure call forwarding

This tutorial explains the process of configuring call forwarding on a Cisco IP Phone.

To Enable:

  1. Press the CFwdALL button.
  2. Enter the number for the phone to which calls should be forwarded.

    If this is an external number and not an extension, it needs to be preceded by "7" + the full 10 digit number (e.g 7, 570-586-2400). Please only numbers. Please no forwards outside the 570 area code due to long distance charges.

To Disable:

  1. Press the CFwdALL button.
