My phone is ringing but when I answer the desk phone I get no one.
Check your DND (Do Not Disturb) setting on the desk phone. When the phone’s DND is activated you cannot answer the phone from that device.
The DND feature can be activate on each device (desktop phone or apps) individually or as a whole via the Apps.
