Office Extensions Only. Dept Extensions or Virtual Operators need to be a ticket submitted to the IT Helpdesk.

  1. Open the Vonage Desktop App on your computer

  2. Click your Profile Icon

  3. Click Settings

  4. Click Voicemail

  5. Enter a new voicemail pin

  6. Save the changes
