Change a voicemail PIN

Voicemail PINs can only be changed once every 24 hours.

Follow these instructions to change a voicemail PIN on a Cisco IP Phone.

  1. Open the voicemail.
  2. Press the number that corresponds to "Setup options" (usually 4).
  3. Press the number that corresponds to "Preferences" (usually 3).
  4. Press the number that corresponds to "PIN" (usually 1).
  5. Enter your new PIN.
  6. Confirm your new PIN.
