Export to a Windows

PC via the OneNote Package Option…

1. Open OneNote.

2. Open the notebook to be exported.

3. Click the File menu.

   1. Select Export

   2. Select Notebook

   3. Select your Format (OneNote Package is recommended)

4. Press Export and follow the prompts to save the content to your local PC

   1. Set the Save as type to OneNote Single File Package.

   2. Set the Page Range to Current Notebook.

   3. Set the save location. I recommend using a location like what is in the image below.

   4. Enter a File name.

   5. Press Save

Other Options

Exporting notebooks to other services is limited, but one can use the PDF format or a Single File WebPage (*.mht). It is recommend trying both out and paying attention if all of your content exports.
