OneNote Notebooks
The best method is to export to a OneNote Package for importing back into another OneNote account. This is only possible from a Windows computer. Macs only support “Save AS PDF” from the File Menu.
This process will only export one notebook at a time. Be sure to open all of your notebooks and eport each of them out.
Export to a Windows PC via the OneNote Package Option…
Open OneNote.
Open the notebook to be exported.
Click the File menu.
Select Export
Select Notebook
Select your Format (OneNote Package is recommended)
Press Export and follow the prompts to save the content to your local PC.
Set the Save as type to OneNote Single File Package.
Set the Page Range to Current Notebook.
Set the save location. I recommend using a location like what is in the image below.
Enter a File name.
Press Save
Other Options
Exporting notebooks to other services is limited, but one can use the PDF format or a Single File WebPage (*.mht). It is recommend trying both out and paying attention if all of your content exports.

Option 1 and 3 will only do mail.
Option 1 – Will import all emails to a different email account like Gmail using their import tools
Option 2 - Export your account to a PST file. This is only readable in the Outlook desktop app, but is the only option for a single export of everything in Outlook. Access to MS Office Apps will go away on October 15th. See article below under "Tasks, calendar, and contacts" for a PST export guide.
Option 3 – Use a free email client like Thunderbird. This may take more work on your part. But here is that info...

CSU Guide to import from http://Office365.com to Thunderbird.
Start the auto config, but press the "Configure manually" link.
When asked for config settings use POP3. It will remove the email and store it only on your computer. IMAP4 leaves it on the server, but places a copy on your computer.

IMAP example below. For POP3 change the incoming server protocol to POP3 and the port to 995.
Be sure to use the proper Encryption Method from the chart above (SSL/TLS or STARTTLS)

On the first sync you should get Microsoft login and MFA check windows. This should be the CSU blue background window you normally get.
Email will begin to populate into your email client. Once completed you should move what you want from the Microsoft folders to a local folder in Thunderbird. If you do not when access is terminated these folders may go away.
