These instructions assume that you have already Set up your Student Email Using an Email Client. |
All active students are eligible to use Microsoft Office 365 while enrolled at CSU. To be considered an active student, you must be enrolled in at least one class for the current semester.

- Visit https://www.office.com/.
- Click Sign in in the upper right.
- Login with your Student Email address and password.
- From the grid, click your desired application (e.g. Word or PowerPoint).
Install Office 365
- Visit https://wwwportal.office.com/.account#installs&SoftwareManageLayout=Panel_MicrosoftOffice_ClientDownload
- Click Sign in in the upper right.
- Login with your Student Email address and password.
- Click Click the Install Office option in the upper right.window
- Download the app and run the installer
- Follow the instructions that appear.
