By now you should have completed the video and/or reading training on how to use your new phones. Please be sure your voice prompts and voicemail are setup as per Dena’s instructions. As a reminder the desktop app can easily update your voice prompts, voicemail greetings, and your VM pin code. The following is an example of what I have on file for our greetings.

OPTION #1

You have reached the desk of [YOUR NAME],  [YOUR ROLE] at Clarks Summit University. I am not able to take your call right now, but if you leave your name, number and a brief message, I will call you back as soon as soon as possible. 

 OPTION #2:

You have reached the desk of [YOUR NAME] in the [OFFICE / DEPARTMENT NAME ] at Clarks Summit University. I am not able to take your call right now, but if you leave your name, number and a brief message, I will call you back as soon as soon as possible. 

If you have questions please ask. But please be sure you have completed the training. Most questions related to operations can be answered through the training sent out two weeks ago
