Photos for ID cards must comply with the following stipulations; the photo should look like a passport or driver's license photo.

Requirements:

1. The image must be clear and properly aligned.

   We cannot use images that are blurry, misaligned, uncentered, etc.
2. No other people or objects should be in the picture.
3. The background should be plain or have a muted pattern or color.
4. The image should include only the head and shoulders; larger images will be cropped.
5. No words can be displayed in the image, including text on a shirt.
6. No hats, hoodies, sunglasses, or other coverings can be worn (unless medically necessary).

Directions:

1. Send an approved image to the IT Helpdesk (helpdesk@clarkssummitu.edu). Please include the following information:
   1. First and last legal names
   2. Employee or Student ID number
   3. A scanned copy of a driver's license or another government-issued ID
2. Please allow 2-3 business days for processing.
