Adding voicemail greetings to non-personal extensions is simpler when done using the admin tool to Vonage. So we have create a procedure to assist you in managing can be done either on your own or by the help of IT. For IT to assist you we have created a procedure to upload your greetings. Personal extensions can also take advantage of this, but we recommend you try the desktop app first.

Call your number to hear the current greetings.
Write out your script for the extension screening announcement & voicemail greeting.
Call 1509 record the announcement
e.g. Call for Admissions; Call for Admissions Undergrad Online; Call for Financial Aid, etc…
When you are done recorded press the # button
Listen to the message, rerecord as needed
Send it when you approve of the recording
Hang up
Email the tech helping you set this up when you are done recording each message. In the subject line please leave the following “Messages for extension [insert the number here]” and that is is for the voicemail greeting or the extensions screening message.
