This change will take effect immediately for the Office 365 website, but approximately 30 minutes to replicate to CSU hosted services (e.g. wifi access, library databases, etc...).

  1. Sign in to office.com/signin with your work or school account.

  2. Click the User Icon (Upper right corner).

  3. Go to Settings > Password password > Change your password.

  4. Enter your old passwordpasscode.

  5. Create a new password passcode and confirm it.

    1. This new password passcode must meet or exceed the following requirements:

      • At least 16 characters long

      • No use of your name, username, or birth date

    2. Must pass 3 of the following 4 rules

      • At least one UPPERCASE letter

      • At least one lowercase letter

      • At least one number

      • At least one special character ( !@#$%^&*()-_+ )

  6. Select Submit to finish and change your passwordpasscode.
