Reset a Forgotten CSU Password for Email / Network Services
If you are experiencing problems with accessing one or more of our student services, you can usually resolve these issues by changing your Student Email password.

Reseting your Forgotten CSU Password for Email / Network Services
Reset it yourself
Enter your CSU email address (eg. john.doe@my.clarkssummitu.edu)
Password Policy
This new password must meet or exceed the following requirements:
At least 16 characters long
No use of your name, username, or birth date
Must pass 3 of the following 4 rules
At least one UPPERCASE letter
At least one lowercase letter
At least one number
At least one special character ( !@#$%^&*()-_+ )
