Please note that forwarding messages outside of your department or outside of the institution could violate FERPA regulations.


Please check with your department head before enabling forwarding.

In some cases, you may need to forward or redirect all inbound emails to another person. This usually occurs over summer break or during extended vacations.

Instructions:

  1. Visit https://www.office.com.
  2. Sign in with your Employee Email and credentials.
  3. Hit the settings icon in the upper right toolbar.
  4. Click Mail.
  5. Visit Accounts > Forwarding.
  6. Select Start forwarding.
  7. Enter the recipient's email.
  8. Select Keep a copy of forwarded messages.
  9. Click Save at the top of the page.
