You can retrieve a voicemail or edit greetings all from a phone on your Vonage Business system or from a phone off the system.
For personal extensions the above changes can also be made from the Vonage desktop app.
Directions to change the Call Group Greeting
Dial
From via a Vonage App or Device 9265.
From a non-Vonage system 570.585.9265
Press *101
Enter the mailboxes number’s greeting system you would like to change, followed by #.
Enter the mailboxes PIN, followed by #.
Call-in Options Tree
Select 4
Select the relevant greeting option
1 - Unavailable
2 - Busy
3 - Name
4 - Out of Office
5 - Pin change)
Select 1 to save the recording
If you set the Out Of Office greeting it will become active.
Be sure to go back to your standard greeting when you return.
