This method is the only option for Call Groups (Department numbers).

For office extensions the changes can also be made from any of the Vonage apps.

Directions to change the Call Group Greeting

1. Dial

   1. From via a Vonage App or Device 9265.

   2. From a non-Vonage system 570.585.9265

2. Press *101

3. Enter the mailboxes number’s greeting system you would like to change, followed by #.

4. Enter the mailboxes PIN, followed by #.

6. Select 4

7. Select the relevant greeting option

   1. 1 - Unavailable

   2. 2 - Busy

   3. 3 - Name

   4. 4 - Out of Office

   5. 5 - Pin change)

8. Select 1 to save the recording
