Share contacts in Outlook
Share a single contact
- Go to the People tab.
- Find the contact of interest and right click it.
- Select Forward Contact > As an Outlook Contact.
- Send the contact message to your desired recipient.
Share all contacts in a folder
- Go to the People tab.
- On the toolbar, click the Folder tab.
- Click on the Folder Permissions button.
- Go to the General tab and make sure the correct folder is selected.
- Go to the Permissions tab.
- Click Add, and add the user that you would like to access your contacts.
- Change the user's permissions to the appropriate level.
