Mac RemoteApps and Desktop Connections

Benefits

  • Launch remote sessions or apps from the Mac

  • Remote connection changes will auto refresh

Setting up a new connection:

  1. Download the Microsoft Remote Desktop app from the Apple App Store

  2. Open the Microsoft Remote Desktop app and click on the Workspaces option

  3. Add a Workspace. You have two methods to do so.

    Method 1 to add a Workspace

    or

    Method 2 to add a Workspace
  4. Enter the CSU Remote App website URL into the box, remote.clarkssummitu.edu

  5. Add the Workspace

  6. Connect to the Remote Desktop or App you need access to.

    Remote options may vary based on your permissions
  7. Done. The next time you open the Microsoft Remote Desktop application you will have your options in the Workspace Window.
