Change your Student Account Center password

Affected services

Refer to the Account Map to see which services use your Student Account Center.

If you forgot your password

  1. Visit https://online.campuscommerce.com/signin/4NZ1J
  2. Click the orange Sign In button

  3. Click the Forgot User Name/Password link under the login box.

  4. Enter your User Name or Email address in the Recover your Account panel.
  5. Click Submit.
  6. Instructions will be sent to your Email.

If you know your password

  1. Visit https://online.campuscommerce.com/signin/4NZ1J
  2. Click the orange Sign In button
  3. Login with your Nelnet credentials.
  4. Click the My Profile tab at the top of the screen.
  5. Click Edit in the
  6. Online Access panel (upper right corner of screen).
  7. Enter your current password.
  8. Enter and confirm a new password.
  9. Click Save.
