Student Portal class schedule is not displayed


When attempting to view your class schedule in the Student Portal, the calendar is blank.


  1. If possible, set the View by Term menu to the current semester.

    In some cases, it will default to "Open" and may not display your courses.
  2. Set the Week menu to the current week if your class is active or to the first week of the class.

    Your schedule will be empty on weeks before and after your scheduled classes.

  3. Check if your classes are displayed in list view by clicking List above the upper right corner of the calendar.
  4. To download a PDF copy of your schedule, click Download your Class Schedule next to the left sidebar.
  5. If all else fails, contact the Registrar to ensure that you are properly registered and that no holds have been placed upon your account.
