Troubleshoot fax issues
Please confirm the following:
- Verify that the number is correctly dialed.
- Send a fax to a known, local campus fax machine via both its internal extension (4 digits) and its full extension (7,1.570.xxx.xxx).
- Speak with the fax receiver to confirm that their fax is working and that you have the correct number.
- Try faxing a different external fax (not a CSU fax).
- If none of these resolve the issue, submit a Helpdesk ticket Here.
