Miscellaneous Income Receipts (Credit)

Credit card payments are often made for misc. income items such as rent for Woolsey Apartments, donations to the college or to a student's account, Tuition Assistance payments from Veterans Affairs, Guest housing, iPhone/iPad sales from IT, OSD (Student Development) fines, campus wear, student ID replacements, etc. These payments entered directly into Paypal and later recorded in Campus Vue when processing the daily Paypal report.

1. Log into http://manager.paypal.com NOTE: No "User" is required in the login fields.
2. Click "Virtual Terminal" then "Single Transaction."
3. Select "Sale" as the Transaction Type.
4. Enter the Credit Card Number, the Submit.
5. Enter the expiration date, the authorization number, a comment so you know how to apply the payment later.
6. Enter the person's last and first name and company name if applicable.
7. Submit the payment.
