- If USPS provided the student's new address, email it to the Registrar's Office, then delete the billing address in Campus Vue if there is one; the student's new address will be entered on the Student Master screen by the Registrar.
- If no new address was provided, call the student for their address. Email the Registrar's Office the new address and make sure to delete the billing address in Campus Vue if there is one.
