Matriculation Fees
Every new student to the college, graduate school, or seminary is charged a $60 one-time-only matriculation fee. Dual-enrolled high school students are charged the fee when they become official "college" students (no longer dual-enrolled high school). Only students already charged tuition for the current semester should be charged the fee. Only students who have never before attended BBC (with the exception of high school students) should be charged the fee.
- A report will be supplied by the Director of Student Accounts.
- Go through each name on the report and verify if the student is new.
- If the student is new, check for a current term tuition charge.
- If they have been charged tuition, apply a $60 matriculation fee. Use the same term as their tuition charge.
- Close the Campus Vue activity called SA (t) – New Enrollment Notification.
- If the student has taken courses at BBC before, do not add a charge, just close the activity.
